It can be challenging to navigate through life at times. Sometimes we know what we need to do, but hesitate out of fear or simply not knowing how to begin. It’s not enough to do mantras, affirmations or write a to-do list. There are times we just need reassurance, assistance or the space to percolate our thoughts. We could turn to our friends or family, but sometimes they just add to the existing confusion.
